We manage project interface database during FEED and EPC phases. We provide full support to our clients to develop disciplined interface guidelines and procedures.
We work very closely with contractors and clients to identify interface points between the contractors packages as per the project WBS. We ensure that all interface points have been captured during FEED phase to avoid any schedule and cost impact.
SECL develop strategies to maintain database consistency checks and generate daily/weekly reports. The reports show each IP completion progress in percentage and also highlight any concern with action.
We work on multiple CONTRACTOR packages within the project (FEED & EPC Phase) with the lead contractor and provide full support till the final database is handed over to the client.
