Our Planners & Cost Engineers have developed their skills over a range of industry experience including Refinery, Oil & Gas, Marine, Sub-Sea Pipelines and mega infrastructure projects spanning internationally located projects. We very well understand and adapt to the various work cultures and the demographics and are keen to deliver stakeholders expectations.
We strongly believe in simplicity and transparency, bringing the project teams together at one platform to be aware, understand and adhere to the critical project schedule. Emphasis is given to the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) utilizing latest tools including Primavera and Microsoft Project and other standard tools.
We help conduct regular schedule alignment meetings to bring any issues or critical items to the table to avoid any surprises, as these can be extremely costly depending on the stage of the project.
Our Cost Management team performs a pivotal role in managing the budgets, capturing the actual and generating a realistic forecast keeping in mind the dynamics of the project. We believe that Cost and Schedule are the two key elements which form the strong foundation for the Project Management Team to help make crucial decisions. We can provide the support with real-time data along with most realistic forecasts to enable the Team to visualize the project risks in time.
